Rebluing & Cerakote

At Laib's Gunsmithing, we take pride in the attention to detail that goes into every metal refinishing project.

Our refinishing process begins with carefully disassembling the firearm and removing the existing finish and rust. Depending on the firearm's condition and the desired results, we use a combination of hand-polishing and wheel-polishing techniques to prepare the metal surfaces.

Throughout the process, we work carefully to achieve the appropriate finish while preserving important original details, including factory lettering, engraving, and proof marks.

Our goal is to restore the firearm's appearance while respecting its original craftsmanship and character.
